Our support extends beyond the initial funding. We stay engaged to ensure founders have guidance, accountability, and opportunities to grow.

1. Bi-Yearly Progress Check-Ins (Every 6 Months)
Founders will submit concise progress updates every six months outlining:

• Business growth

• Revenue / traction

• Jobs created

• Challenges & needs

Note: If progress reports show strong execution and meaningful advancement, founders may be considered for a second round of funding or expanded support. This creates a clear incentive for founders to stay accountable, consistent, and committed to their business plans.

2. Mentorship Guidance

Each founder will have access to mentors and advisors who can provide valuable support on strategy, product development, operations, and business growth.

3. Founder Community Network

A private network (on WhatsApp/ Discord) where founders connect with peers, exchange learnings, and collaborate on shared challenges and opportunities. There may also be occasional networking meet-ups or community gatherings, allowing founders to build relationships, share progress, and learn from one another in person or through live sessions.

4. Showcase & Visibility Opportunities

We highlight founder achievements through social media posts and showcasing events, enhancing their credibility and visibility.

5. Alumni Network

Upon completing the program cycle, founders join our alumni community, maintaining long-term connection with their peers and mentors.

What To Expect

1. Seed Grants

We provide early funding amounting to ~$1000 - $4000 to help founders validate ideas, develop prototypes, and prepare for investment readiness.

2. Flight Path Mentorship

We connect entrepreneurs with seasoned mentors who guide them through strategy, growth, and execution—helping them navigate the early turbulence of building a startup.
